We find the Sony AF tracking to be easier to work with, but we’ve had good luck with both systems working once we get them started. Which do you prefer?

The Nikon Z 85mm f1.8 S lens is the portrait lens of choice for the Nikon Z system. We love it for filming videos (this video was filmed with it). We like it better than adapting an F mount lens and we like it better for portraits than a zoom. It pairs very well with our Neewer Ring Light, which can be found here
